The Wallace Family are thrilled with their new four bedroom detached property they purchased through our part-exchange scheme.
Stephen and Shona originally moved into a three bedroom property at our Maythorne Meadows development in Leyburn with their two children in November 2015. However, after finding out they were expecting another baby, they started to think about needing some additional space to accommodate their growing family.
The family were enjoying living at Maythorne Meadows and so we were able to offer them the opportunity to part-exchange their property for a large, detached 4 bedroom property at the same development.
Shona Wallace said: “We first visited Maythorne Meadows during an Open Day and were really taken with the quality of the homes. Having visited other developments in the area we could really see the Yorvik difference! We knew the arrival of another baby would mean we needed some more space but we still wanted to live in a Yorvik home and so the part-exchange scheme was perfect for us.”
What could have a been a stressful time for the family was made easier by having a good relationship with the Yorvik team. Stephen said: “The customer service we have received throughout both house buying processes has been fantastic, we were always made to feel welcome and the team are always on hand to guide you through everything.
Our baby girl Aila has now arrived and we are looking forward to making many memories in our beautiful new home.”
